Is it difficult for you to get out of your head sometimes? Whether you have doubts about your ability or are genuinely distressed at the thought of what's to come. Does this impact your relationship with your family, friend or significant other? You'd rather just sweep this under the rug- out of sight, out of mind. If you're experiencing distress, racing thoughts, sadness, or unexpected feelings to life circumstances/events, let's figure it out together.

In 2021, I opened my private practice, with the goal of supporting our communities who are having difficulty accessing available mental health therapists. In my practice, I prefer an eclectic style of therapeutic modalities, as every individual is unique with what brings them in. I hold this space for you to feel welcomed and safe, to be able to process your personal life experiences and circumstances. My goal is support you towards cultivating alignment with your personal goals and values.
