My ultimate passion is teaching people how to become more self-aware and grow into who they want to be. As a cancer survivor, I'm inspired to help others navigate through difficult life transitions. After graduating from University of Southern California with a Master’s in Social Work, I spent over seven years in public service with hospice patients and their families as well as survivors of crime.
I am trained in EMDR and specialized in crisis response, grief and loss, anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship/communication struggles. I use a non-judgmental, strengths-based approach to meet you where you are so that you can find your best path with the support you need.
Like the Zen proverb, I believe "When the student is ready, the teacher will appear." If you are looking to learn and grow, remember it's never too late to start. A willing heart is all you need to know your next right move.
I can provide you with paperwork for reimbursement from your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network sessions.
