She uses proven, practical approaches in therapy that help people better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and build skills to cope with everyday challenges.
Mokia believes therapy looks different for everyone. She takes time to get to know each person and adjusts sessions to fit their individual needs and goals. Her approach is supportive, down‑to‑earth, and focused on creating a space where people feel heard, understood, and respected. She aims to be a steady support and help clients develop tools they can use long after therapy ends.
