I strongly believe that everyone can benefit from therapy. If you are feeling overwhelmed and are in need of more support, I’m here to help! I provide a safe space where you can process your experiences and feel empowered when leaving a session.
I am passionate about helping you work through anxiety, depression, life adjustments, relationship issues, stress management, and low self-esteem. I often utilize principles of CBT, strengths-based, DBT, person-centered therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I specialize in working with teens and adults.
