Brittany is the owner and therapist of Tides of Change PLLC. Brittany has over 8 years of experience working with adolescents and young adults who are seeking help for anxiety, career and life transitions, and trauma. She uses a person centered, trauma informed approach and is also trained in attachment focused EMDR. Brittany was also a Division 1 college athlete and understands the performance pressures associated with being a student-athlete inside and outside of the classroom.
