We are a team of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors (LCMHC) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) that share the goal of creating a welcoming and safe space to explore mental health concerns, develop tools and resources, and provide support in becoming the you that you aspire to be. We chose the name Tides, not only for our shared love of the beach but also because in life "tides" or circumstances often change and we strive to be agents of positive changing tides in the lives of people we serve.
