At Salt & Light Counseling, I work with students who are dealing with stress, life transitions, relationship struggles, and feelings of depression. Many of the students I see are trying to navigate the ups and downs of college life and need help managing overwhelming emotions or making sense of their experiences. If you’re feeling stressed, unsure about where you’re headed, or struggling with relationships, I’m here to help. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you can talk about what’s going on, get to the heart of your challenges, and work on practical strategies to feel more balanced. We’ll work together to explore your strengths and build the skills to help you move forward with confidence.
