Reveil Psychotherapy

Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC, NCC
Last Updated 30+ days ago

Through my experience working with a variety of individuals, I truly believe that we all hold an innate ability to heal. This beautiful process gets hindered by obstacles, such as trauma or shame, perhaps resulting from adverse life events to our family of origin to systemic oppression. My role is to be a guide in re-finding your voice and your own path toward greater mental health and wellness. My hope for individuals that sit with me is to feel safe and empowered. Safety allows you to freely and vulnerably be yourself, and empowerment allows you to the freedom and strength to face what is hard and grow through it.

I often work with all types of trauma & the resulting mental health symptoms. I also hold a special interest in faith transitions and spiritual trauma. I am LBGTQ+ affirming and seek to be an ally for all marginalized people groups. I primarily come from a trauma-informed, person-centered perspective, also able to provide EMDR & mindfulness-based techniques.

If any of this resonates with you, I’d love to offer you a free trial session to explore if I might be a good fit for you in your therapeutic process.
