I serve those who seek assistance with personal growth, life transitions, or other challenges in their lives. I have experience in treating conditions like low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and coping with chronic health conditions. I focus on teaching you the connection between your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions, and how changing just one of these components can positively impact your life.

I provide treatment with a comprehensive approach, looking at the whole person, including past experiences. This can help you to see your situation from a different point of view. Changing your perspective can change your life.
