At Third Wave Therapy & Training, we help students break free from the exhausting cycles of anxiety, OCD, and perfectionism. College is a massive transition, and when you are constantly fighting intrusive thoughts or struggling to keep up with academic pressure, talk therapy alone isn't always enough.
We specialize in active, strategy-based care. Our team utilizes proven approaches like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you move past avoidance and start living fully. We offer virtual sessions for students across Massachusetts, New York and Florida, as well as in-person care at our Concord, MA office.
