I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders including general anxiety, panic disorder, health-related anxiety and OCD. During sessions, you will receive practical strategies to begin changing how anxiety limits your life. Clients come to me looking for a therapist who is compassionate, genuine, and trained in proven methods that treat anxiety. Sessions with me are practical and focused on learning new tangible skills. We always go at your pace, never pushing to a place you don’t feel ready to go.

Maybe you're navigating questions about your relationship with substances, whether it's problem drinking or drug use, I offer a holistic approach centered on your unique journey. Using Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness techniques, we'll work together to delve into the root causes of your choices. Our teletherapy sessions will provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to explore your motivations, understand triggers, and develop a deeper awareness of your patterns. Together, we'll experiment with strategies that foster a healthier relationship with substances, whether that means moderation, abstinence, or another path entirely.
