In our first virtual online session, I focus on understanding your unique challenges and providing practical strategies tailored to your needs. My approach is direct, solution-focused, and non-judgmental, designed to empower you from the start. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). By combining these approaches, I help you develop the skills and mindset necessary to create lasting positive change and overcome obstacles.

I offer DBT Skills Groups and also provide ESA (Emotional Support Animal) Assessments for Housing Letters, with clinical evaluations tailored to meet legal and emotional support needs.

I work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages and backgrounds, addressing a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, traumatic brain injury (TBI), trauma, bullying, addiction, grief, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder. In our first session, I’ll equip you with practical strategies and skills to feel empowered and supported from the very beginning.

As a psychotherapist with 11 years of professional experience and nearly six decades of life wisdom, I’ve had the privilege of serving diverse communities. My background includes work as a counselor in the Department of Corrections, Residential Treatment Centers, Intensive Outpatient Behavioral Health, Addiction and Trauma Recovery, and as a Military Family Life Counselor (MFLC).
