We help people learn how to be present and learn skills to handle the curveballs that life throws. We specialize in working with female identifying/women experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma & PTSD, perinatal/postpartum, infertility & endometriosis. We will identify and build upon your strengths, developing tools to manage your thoughts and feelings so you can fully live your life
