Welcome to Therapy Haven! I have experience working with college age clients. I work with individuals and couples on relational issues, stress, anxiety and more. Clients enjoy working with me because I am warm, engaging and relatable. I create a safe therapeutic space to explore all that my clients bring to sessions. I have a cozy office in Arvada for in-person sessions, and offer virtual therapy as well.
