Compassion, curiosity, and consideration are at the heart of my work. I provide an affirming, person-centered, and non-judgmental space where we can collaborate on your journey toward growth, healing, and self-understanding. I love helping people to learn what's truly important to them, build empowerment, strengthen self-advocacy, develop a deeper sense of self, and enhance emotional regulation skills. I've had success doing that with adults, young adults, and adolescents.

My areas of focus include anxiety, OCD, ADHD, trauma, stress, healthy relationships, communication, perfectionism, social and cultural pressure, self-esteem, emotional development, and supporting first-generation students. I believe in honoring your strengths, meeting you where you are, and creating a safe space for vulnerability. I also recognize that healing happens at your own pace, so we will make decisions about what you are ready to try and when.

Life comes with immense pressures, and you deserve validation for exactly who you are. My goal is to help you understand your unique system, cultivate self-compassion, and navigate challenges in ways you feel good about. You are capable of doing this work—and you don’t have to do it alone. I look forward to supporting you on your path.
