Rita Stapleton
I bring over fifteen years of experience in trauma-informed care, supporting individuals and groups who are navigating anxiety, depression, and stress related to chronic health concerns. I work with people from many backgrounds and have a special focus on women’s life experiences and the unique challenges that can arise throughout different stages of life.
I believe healing happens best through a collaborative, client-centered relationship where you are respected as the expert of your own experience. My approach is strengths-based and holistic, tailored to honor each person’s pace, needs, and goals.
By thoughtfully integrating complementary therapeutic approaches—including mindfulness, mind-body awareness, and EMDR—I support clients in safely exploring patterns or beliefs that may no longer serve them. Together, the work focuses on building insight, behavior change, resilience, and a deeper sense of connection, helping clients move toward a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and fulfilling.
