Using a trauma-focused, strengths-based approach, Lisa tailors interventions to meet the needs of the individual client. Lisa has provided individual and group counseling to clients of all ages and has experience working with young adults who are navigating the social, emotional, financial and academic challenges of the college experience. Lisa specializes in helping clients learn strategies and build skills to increase their resilience and promote health and healing from life's adverse circumstances.
