Provider Types

This is a clinic or agency with multiple providers, including:

  • Music Therapists
  • Psychologists

We offer both mental health and music therapy services. Dr. Karen Sanchez is a licensed psychologist and board-certified music therapist. She is a BIPOC (Filipina) clinician with experience working with depression, anxiety, stress, acculturation/cultural stress, trauma, and life transitions. Dr. Sanchez focuses on the needs of the individual and selects from different treatment modalities dependent on what would most be effective to help the client. She believes that there isn’t a “one-size-fits-all” treatment and works with each client to help them reach their full potential.
