The Open Road Therapy
College can challenge you in unexpected ways. Alongside feeling excited and ready to embrace this experience, you may also feel anxious, overwhelmed, and disconnected. If you don’t quite feel like yourself, you’re not alone—and that doesn’t make you a bad friend, student, etc. I work with students dealing with life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, or overall feeling stuck—offering a space to feel supported and steady as you move forward.
In our work together, you’ll find a calm, compassionate space where you don’t have to hold it all together. I offer thoughtful guidance, practical tools, and steady support as you sort through what feels heavy or uncertain. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more confident in the direction you’re moving.
Together, we will slow down and gently make sense of what’s changing in your life. We’ll honor what feels heavy while uncovering the strengths you already carry. I’ll offer support and practical tools to help you feel steadier and clearer about your next steps. You don’t have to do this alone - feel free to reach out when you’re ready to get started.
