College can be exciting, and overwhelming. Between classes, relationships, work, and figuring out what’s next, it’s easy to feel stressed, anxious, or stuck. The Nurturing Circle is a mental health private practice dedicated to supporting college students and young adults as they navigate this season of life.
We offer a safe, non-judgmental space to talk about anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationships, identity, self-esteem, and life transitions. Therapy at The Nurturing Circle is collaborative, down-to-earth, and tailored to your goals, whether you’re looking for coping skills, deeper self-understanding, or simply a place to feel heard.
Our approach is affirming, student-centered, and focused on helping you build resilience, confidence, and balance; both in college and beyond. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start therapy. Showing up is enough.
