I work with clients age 12 and up. I have worked with people at all types of transitions in life, including adjusting to being away from home, managing school/work/personal life/self-care, and career changes. I am a client-focused therapist who wants to actively collaborate with you towards whatever emotional/social goals you may have: managing anxiety better, identifying barriers to motivation, and increasing social connections, to name a few.
