My Background and Approach
I view mental health from a multi faceted lens and have multi-dimensional tools to help you be your best self. First, it is important to recognize that your physical health impacts your mental health - your body does keep the score & carries trauma & experiences with you. Second, your mind can be your friend or enemy and it is imperative to develop the tools to befriend your mind in order to heal. By doing so, you can be more fully present and release old ways of being. Third, it takes courage to fully embrace all of yourself and so radically accepting who you are with all your individual nuances is imperative to being fully alive. You are unique in the most wonderful way and I would love to help you honor who you are. Fourth, learning to offer yourself the love, nurturing and caring that you perhaps did not get helps you embrace your needs. By these and other ways, you can shed old ways of being and stand tall in who you are, opening yourself up to the most vibrant life possible!
