The Goodwell Practice LLC
Goodwell Practice is an intentionally small, online-only psychotherapy practice dedicated to relationally attuned care. I prioritize depth over volume, offering collaborative, paced therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs. Drawing on experience across clinical, academic, and organizational settings, I strive to provide thoughtful, ethical mental health support.
I founded Goodwell Practice to create a more intentional and sustainable model of care for clients after years working in larger systems and group practices. I take a collaborative approach, grounded in the belief that meaningful therapeutic change happens through genuine connection with my clients. My work with individuals, couples, and families is intentionally structured to move away from high-volume models so each client receives the personalized focus their work deserves.
I maintain a deliberately small to medium sized caseload to support thoughtfully tiered services, including traditional psychotherapy, time-limited concierge work, relational coaching, and AAMFT-approved supervision. This structure allows care to be guided by clinical judgment rather than rigid pacing, with the goal of keeping therapy purposeful, accessible, and grounded in authentic connection.
