The Flourishing Place
Welcome to The Flourishing Place, a trauma-informed therapy practice rooted in compassion, empowerment, and healing. I'm Shakeyla Boulware, a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina and North Carolina with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, boundaries, and major life transitions. At The Flourishing Place, I provide a safe, affirming space where clients can process difficult experiences, reconnect with their sense of self, and build the tools they need to thrive. My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence- based practices and guided by a deep belief in each person's capacity for growth and change. I meet clients where they are and work collaboratively to explore the impact of past wounds, shift unhelpful patterns, and nurture a more empowered, authentic life. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to grow, The Flourishing Place offers support tailored to your journey-so you can not only heal, but truly flourish.
