The Couch Therapy is a group of passionate, highly trained, and down-to-earth therapists in Texas who believe there is room for everyone at The Couch. Our team specializes in working with individuals, couples/partners, and families that are navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, eating disorders, infertility, adoption, pregnancy and postpartum support, relationship patterns stemming from childhood, as well as everyday stressors and transitions.
