Welcome! I'm a neurodiversity-affirming therapist who specializes in working with autistic individuals and adults with ADHD.
My experience includes working with adults dealing with: depression, anxiety, grief/loss, PTSD, life stressors, and trauma. I utilize different therapeutic approaches to work with you.
We will work together in a secure, non-judgmental space. I enjoy working with people from a variety of ages cultures, labels, and sexual orientations
