At The Center for Healing many of our clients come to us when they're feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges. Adjusting to new life changes or stages, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, substance use, family conflict are all areas we support our clients in. The demands of life often leave us with little time to care for ourselves and this can take a toll on our mental, emotional and physical health. Helping you to feel like the healthiest version of you is the ultimate goal of our work together! All of our therapists specialize in meeting clients where they are at!
