At The Better You Institute, we work with students who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, even when things seem fine on the outside. If you're a student who gets good grades, has a good relationship with their family, and a healthy social life but feels like things could be better or you could be doing more, our therapists are the right fit for you!
Maybe you’re juggling academic pressures, relationships, family expectations, identity questions, or feelings of anxiety and burnout. You might feel like you’re doing “all the right things” but still feel lost, unsure, or like you’re falling short. That’s where we come in.
We create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, reflect, and make sense of what’s really going on beneath the surface. Together, we help you explore patterns that might be keeping you stuck—whether that’s perfectionism, people-pleasing, shutting down when stressed, or struggling to communicate your needs.
Our therapists guide you in building healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and connecting so you can navigate life’s challenges with more clarity and confidence. Where you feel like you're in the driver seat, not everything else.
We affirm and support all identities, including LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, neurodiversety.
If you’re ready for therapy that helps you feel more grounded, connected, and true to yourself, we’re here to walk alongside you. You don’t have to figure it out alone. We have the tools to help you make this chapter in your life work for you, not against you and get to the other side with confidence.
