Psychotherapy can be a transformative experience that helps you explore your inner world. My approach allows us to explore the parts of yourself that remain hidden, difficult to understand, slow to change, and, frankly, stuck. In an affirming and non-judgmental environment, I will guide you through a deep introspection of your thoughts and emotions to enhance your awareness and insight into yourself, your patterns, tendencies, strengths, stuck points, and areas for growth.

My approach integrates several theories, enabling me to tailor treatment to your specific needs. Psychodynamic Therapy and Multicultural Psychology are at the core of my practice. I also incorporate aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Black feminist theory, empowerment, and sociopolitical thought.

It can feel overwhelming and scary to look closely at yourself and your experiences, but it can also be enriching and life-changing. If you're ready to move beyond managing symptoms and explore the roots of your challenges, pain, or dissatisfaction, I invite you to reach out.
