Tessa Trask
My philosophy is simple: we are ALL already whole. No one is “broken”, so there is nothing to “fix”. We each have what we need inside to heal. My goal is to help you access your own internal wisdom to heal your past wounding and establish the mental and emotional wellness so you can live your life fully in the here and now.
I am passionate about working with motivated clients from all walks of life towards healing from trauma and life's stressors, and alleviating the experience of depression, anxiety, and suffering that stem from them.
During our first session, we will explore what brings you to therapy and what you'd like to achieve. From there, we will work together each session to unpack what's going on in your life, learn new skills and work towards your goals.
There is truly no shame in asking for help. And I know how difficult taking that step can be! You are so brave for coming this far. You don't have to keep going alone- let's take the next step together. Reach out to me by email with questions or for more information, and schedule your free consultation call to help you decide if working with me is a fit for you.
