Tessa Chapman is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana who has been practicing since 2011. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in 2009 in English, Psychology, and a minor in Women's Studies from Indiana State University. She completed her Master's program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2011.
Tessa believes she can help a client process and sort through life's stressors and everyday challenges as well as addressing deeper rooted issues and traumas in order to make positive changes along the healing journey that will improve their overall well-being, relationship with themselves and others, and self-worth for a more fulfilling life.
She has training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She has worked with a range of issues including mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma/grief, adjustment issues, anxiety, psychosis, and developmental disabilities.
