As a counselor, I base my approach on my academic knowledge, and real world experience. I attended therapy as a young adolescent due to a loud home environment and being bullied by my peers. I learnt that therapy is a place to further strengthen personal boundaries and ways for practice self expression.
Everything that I teach my clients focuses on increasing trust in oneself. Trust yourself to be supported by your environment and to make the best decision in any given moment. Trust that whatever happens, you will be okay.
