Teresa Keller is a bilingual, Spanish-speaking, Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Colorado, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Arizona and Florida with supervisor endorsements. She received her Masters in Counseling Psychology in 2001 with a concentration in expressive therapies from Lesley University. Her undergraduate is in Art Therapy from Arcadia University. As a certified yoga and meditation teacher, Acudetox Specialist with premedical education and current doctoral studies in naturopathy, Teresa is passionate about holistic care. Her style is collaborative and skills-based, drawing from evidence-based practices and most influenced by training in mind science. Teresa's clinical specialty is at the intersection of neuroscience and traditional training in meditation methods, and enjoys a daily dedicated meditation practice with a phenomenal practice community.
