I'm Dr. Tenille Richardson-Quamina, a clinical social worker licensed by the state of Florida. I am also a Certified Sex Addictions Therapist-Candidate. In the era of escalating negative internet behaviors, my mission is to help men, women, and teens stop the internet from being a problem in their life or relationship.

Asking for help can be hard especially when it deals with the internet which is such a big part of our lives. I’m glad that you are here looking for help.
