Amazing personal transformations take through the therapeutic process. I’ve had the privilege of serving clients with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, anger, self-destructive behavior, trauma as well as those who just seek better coping skills or want greater insight to themselves so they can live more authentic lives of purpose and peace.

My style is deeply compassionate while also being direct and directive. I do not believe in meandering, aimless therapy. I believe in structure and accountability in the therapeutic journey. Together, we set specific goals and we work towards those goals in a safe, but challenging environment.
