Taylor Barragan
College can be an exciting but overwhelming time—balancing academics, relationships, future goals, and mental health isn’t always easy. At Praxis, I provide integrative psychiatric care that supports college students in navigating these challenges. My approach combines medication management, psychotherapy, and holistic strategies to help you feel more grounded, focused, and in control of your well-being.
As both a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I bring a unique blend of expertise to my work. I started my career as a therapist, helping people explore their emotions, relationships, and personal growth. Now, as a psychiatric provider, I integrate medication management with therapy, offering a well-rounded approach that supports both mental and emotional health.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, ADHD, depression, or the stress of major life transitions, my goal is to provide personalized, evidence-based care that fits your needs. My approach is collaborative, meaning we’ll work together to find the right combination of strategies—whether that’s therapy, medication, lifestyle changes, or a mix of all three.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone. At Praxis, you’ll have a space where you can explore what’s going on, feel understood, and develop tools to move forward with confidence.
