Hi, I’m glad you're here. I specialize in working with college students and young adults navigating the challenges of emerging adulthood.
I'm a licensed clinical social worker, and much of my work focuses on helping young adults manage the pressures of academic life, relationships, identity development, and mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
College is often a time when deeper patterns and family dynamics surface. I support young adults working through family-of-origin trauma, navigating identity, and finding stability as they launch into adulthood. My practice is inclusive and affirming of all identities. I use a relational, collaborative approach, and I bring a systems lens—recognizing how racism, oppression, and structural harm impact mental health. I believe healing also means addressing those broader realities.
My clinical work is grounded in evidence-based practices, including CBT, ACT, DBT, somatic therapy, and mindfulness. I also work with neurodivergent students, including those with ADHD, autism, and learning differences.
In addition to therapy, I teach and train future social workers as an adjunct faculty member at the Boston College School of Social Work. I also offer adult ADHD assessments and support around executive functioning, academic stress, and life transitions.
Therapy is personal, and the best way to know if we’re a good fit is to meet. If you're curious about working together, I’d be glad to connect.
