Let’s be honest—being a college student or young adult can feel like a lot. You’re expected to make big life decisions, manage responsibilities, and somehow have a plan for your future… all at the same time.

It’s normal to feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what you’re doing. You might be comparing yourself to others, questioning your path, or just trying to keep up day-to-day. The truth is, most people are figuring it out as they go—even if it doesn’t look like it.

I work with young adults to create a space where you can be real. You don’t have to have everything together or know all the answers. Whether you’re dealing with stress, life transitions, or just feeling off, this is a place where you can talk things through without judgment.

Together, we can make sense of what you’re going through, find ways to cope, and help you feel a little more grounded and confident moving forward.

You don’t have to do this alone.
