I work with teens and adults who are currently struggling with the weight and pressures of daily life, as well as those feeling the heaviness of their past, difficult life experiences. I often see survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, violence, and childhood trauma. I also work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and stress surrounding their every day life who want to improve their mental wellness, happiness, and quality of life.
