I provide individual therapy, consultations, neuropsychological assessments, and group-based services for children, teens, and adults.
Across services, I offer personalized, compassionate care and help individuals and families harness sources of strength and resilience. Throughout this process, clients are better able to handle and cope with difficult circumstances in a busy world. More specifically, I use evidence-based approaches, such as CBT or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, to help clients address concerns and make changes that improve quality of life across contexts, including relationships with family or friends, school or work experiences, and overall wellbeing. Implicit to my practice is the belief that each one of us possesses the emotional wherewithal and many of the skills needed to navigate life’s journey; sometimes we just need to gain additional perspective and access workable strategies to move forward.
