As a therapist, I believe that every individual has an innate capacity for wisdom, healing, and wholeness. My role is to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported and empowered to access their inner strengths. Guided by a deep commitment to unconditional positive regard, I focus on creating meaningful therapeutic connections that honor each client’s unique experiences and identity.
Growing up a neurodivergent child, I was medicated and pushed into talk therapy that only seemed to make things worse to be completely honest. What offered me the most solace in these times was my relationship to nature and animals. For this reason, I find it important to offer trauma-informed, diverse approaches to therapy, such as animal-assisted therapy, mindfulness and nature based therapies, walk-and-talk sessions, and nature retreats, as well as, traditional office and telehealth sessions. It is very important to me to provide therapy that is flexible and accessible for clients to engage in, so we will collaborate to find the best approach for your sessions possible!
Whether you are a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and are in need of support, or you’re experiencing neurodivergent burnout, navigating life transitions, working to build self-acceptance, or healing from past experiences, I promise to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and authenticity.
Together, we will create a space where your voice is heard, your identity is celebrated, and your journey toward healing feels affirming and grounded.
