Do you struggle with depression that impacts your daily life? Maybe you feel lost trying to meet societal expectations and obligations? Perhaps you're juggling multiple responsibilities while trying to care for yourself. I work closely with clients to help them navigate their feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and fatigue. Many of my clients have shared sentiments such as, "I feel like I'm stuck and I can’t pull myself out of it," and "I can't find joy in anything anymore." Recognizing your patterns and setting healthy boundaries are rewarding breakthroughs. Our goal is to empower you to take control of your overall mental health.

My passion is helping individuals improve their lives—whether it’s setting healthy boundaries, navigating loss or life transitions, or breaking free from limiting behavior patterns. Clients often seek help for sadness, low motivation, and self-doubt. My goal is to help you feel better and achieve the life you want.

I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI). Our work together will be tailored to your needs. Contact me for a free consultation to start your journey today!
