Tara Fornuto LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC
Accepting clients Last Updated 8 days ago

My passion lies in helping people overcome trauma, life transitions, anxiety disorders, depression, and gender dysphoria and LGBTQ+ issues. I take a nonjudgmental person-centered approach and give my clients the ability to set the tone and pace of our sessions. I incorporate humor, creativity, and evidence based practices into our sessions.
I work with people to help them gain insight along with practical skills to help cope with difficult times in their life. I have experience working with depression, self-harm, anxiety, trauma, grief. There is no one-size-fits-all approach so I will work collaboratively with you find what works best for you and your situation.
My role as a counselor is to be authentic and give you a safe, comfortable space to express yourself. If I sound like a therapist that is a good fit for you, please feel free to reach out.
