Whatever the path may be that brought you here, I am ready to listen with an open mind. People come to therapy for a variety of reasons. I am here to help whether it is navigating through discontentment in your life, struggles within relationships, transitioning careers, seeking balance, or ways to manage everyday stress. Collaboratively, we will work towards balance, improving your overall capacity to lead a successful, productive, happy life. Recognizing that it can be difficult to make time for yourself, would you like to talk to someone virtually wherever it is convenient and comfortable for you?

I have over 12 years experience in providing therapy services, working with individuals and couples from all walks of life. I offer a safe environment without judgement and encompass compassion where you can talk openly about your concerns and work towards your goals. I strive to empower my clients to be the best version of themselves.
