I enjoy working with college students and young adults who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure about their next steps. College can be an intense time—balancing academics, relationships, identity, independence, and future plans—often while dealing with anxiety, stress, loneliness, burnout, or health concerns. If you’re feeling stuck, exhausted, or like you’re falling behind, you’re not alone, and support can help.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and nonjudgmental. I believe you already have resilience and insight within you, even if it doesn’t feel that way right now. In our work together, we’ll focus on helping you understand what’s going on beneath the surface, clarify what matters most to you, and build practical tools for navigating stress, emotions, and life transitions. In the first few sessions, we’ll get clear on what you’re struggling with and create goals that feel realistic, meaningful, and achievable.
I place a strong emphasis on connection—both to yourself and to others. College can be a time of growth, but it can also feel isolating. Having a consistent, supportive person to talk with can make a real difference. My role is to offer a steady, compassionate space where you can sort things out, feel understood, and move toward greater confidence, clarity, and hope.
