- Clinical Social Work/Therapists
Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you're juggling academic pressure, career decisions, family expectations, and the stress from everyday life. If you're here, something in your life may feel heavy, uncertain, or stuck. You don’t have to navigate this stage of life alone.
I work with college students and young adults navigating life transitions, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and mood concerns. This stage of life can bring pressure to “have it all together,” even when you feel overwhelmed underneath. Therapy is a space where you don’t have to perform or prove anything. You show up as you are, and together we build clarity, practical coping skills, confidence, and resilience.
I hold a master’s degree in social work and a bachelor’s degree in communication, and my approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care to tailor our work to your goals and experiences.
Reaching out is often the hardest step-and it can also be the beginning of meaningful growth. If you’re ready, I invite you to connect so we can take the next step together.
