I have experience working in college settings and understand how difficult it can be to reach out for support. When you're ready, I'm here to provide care that feels safe, respectful, and supportive.

You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or emotionally worn down by the demands of daily life. You might be navigating stress, life transitions, or ongoing challenges while trying to find a sense of balance and clarity. Let's talk about it, my role is to listen, guide, and help you find strategies and treatment options that work for you.

A little about me:
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, impulse control, trauma-related concerns, transitions, and life stressors. I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent adults, including autism and intellectual disabilities/developmental disabilities.
