I am a licensed professional counselor and since 2003, I have helped individual adults address trauma, anxiety and depression. Through a tailor-made treatment plan, we break down the process into manageable steps. Together, we will tackle what is robbing you of contentment and vitality.

I also help people explore their sexual orientation and gender identities. The goal is to help you find self-acceptance, resiliency, and an opportunity to celebrate sexual and gender diversity.

I utilize approaches like EMDR, Gestalt Therapy, DBT, and mindfulness practices to deliver evidence-based, experiential treatment In time, the commitment and work we do will be an immeasurable gift that will have long reaching impacts you may not even know are possible.
