Living with anxiety, trauma, or OCD can be isolating and overwhelming, and managing it on your own can feel incredibly difficult or even shameful. You don’t have to face this by yourself. Together, we will start from where you are and work toward the changes you want for yourself to move toward the life you deserve.

I specialize in working with adults (18+) struggling with anxiety, OCD, and various forms of trauma, including childhood, adulthood, intergenerational, racial trauma, trauma from poverty, and betrayal trauma from infidelity. I also offer support to those dealing with other significant life challenges, such as divorce/separation, infidelity, dating, career and relationship difficulties. Additionally, I have a strong connection with first and second-generation immigrants and first-generation college students.

I believe therapy can help us build or rebuild ourselves in the face of incredible pain. My role is to inspire greater curiosity and compassion for yourself while guiding you toward the steps you wish to take for healing and meaningful change. If this sounds like the right fit and you'd like to learn more, please feel free to contact me by phone or email.
