Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Last Updated 30+ days ago

Hi there! I’m so happy you stopped by. My name is Tangel McFadden and I’m a licensed clinical social worker. In case you’re wondering, I can tell you why I became a social worker. I’ve always been curious about people-their stories, strengths, hurts, and dreams. I have a dedication, determination and passion to help others to heal, grow, adapt and transition throughout their life’s journey. Life can be hard and scary and sometimes we all need someone to come alongside us to offer a listening ear, hope, comfort, and practical strategies to help us cope with personal battles and life’s challenges.

I have 11 years of school social work experience. I’ve worked also worked with teens, college aged adults and older adults in private therapy focusing on managing depression, anxiety, complex trauma, and self-esteem/self identity issues. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Social Thinking Methodology for children, tweens, and teens who are on Autism Spectrum Disorder or who experience social skill deficits.

I encourage you to reach out to me if you are a young adult/adult seeking your own services, or have a child, tween, or teen in need of additional support right now.. I look forward to hearing from you and working together to achieve your own life’s goals or the goals of your loved one.
